Great for those men with a sweet tooth on a Sunday morning! This is a great healthy alternative to pancakes, and it's so healthy you could eat it every day. It's a good source of Protein to start the day.
What you need: (Serves 2)
Toppings: Fresh Fruit: Banana, Berries, Grated Apple. KOJA Breakfast Toppers - our favourite with this recipe is KOJA Almond & Berry. Chopped nuts. Extra Rice Malt Syrup to serve.
Whisk the eggs until light. In a separate bowl, mash the banana until smooth. (Hint - you can use a barmix or food processor if you want)
Combine the eggs, banana, coconut cream and rice malt syrup and stir. Add the sifted flour last.
Cook in a small fry pan with a little coconut oil, as you normally would an omelette. Top with KOJA breakfast topper and some fresh berries, chopped banana, drizzle with rice malt syrup or honey.
These are great if you want to make your man breakfast in bed before heading out for a family brunch or lunch on Sunday. They can also be made in advance and just grabbed from the fridge in the morning - great if Sunday mornings are busy with kids!
We know they might seem a little girly (because they're pretty!) but once your man tastes them we're sure he'll be convinced. Hint - go on about Protein and Zinc if it helps!
What you need:
In a jar, alternate layers of natural/Greek yoghurt, with fresh slices of fruit, such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi fruit or orange. You can also add a good natural muesli and KOJA Breakfast toppers - alternate the layers.
Drizzle with honey, cinnamon and more KOJA breakfast topper on top!
What you need:
Smash up your avocado with pieces of feta together with a fork. Place this onto some sourdough toast, along with free range bacon, and carefully slide a poached egg or two on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, add a sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt and pepper, and for something extra special, top with KOJA Chilli, Coconut & Pecan for extra Protein and Crunch! Yum!
