This salad is sure to be a crowd pleaser with a delicious mix of sweet pear, salty cheese and a satisfying crunch from KOJA Sesame & Almond. Also, did we mention how quick and easy it is to make?
- 1 head of fresh green oak lettuce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup (approx.) blue cheese
- 1 pear finely sliced
- KOJA Sesame & Almond Salad Topper
- After washing the lettuce leaves, gently spin dry and place in a large bowl.
- Add sliced pear and crumble over the blue cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with KOJA Sesame & Almond.
Note: For a dairy free alternative, you could replace the blue cheese with cashew cheese.
