Pear & Blue Cheese Salad

This salad is sure to be a crowd pleaser with a delicious mix of sweet pear, salty cheese and a satisfying crunch from KOJA Sesame & Almond. Also, did we mention how quick and easy it is to make? 





  1. After washing the lettuce leaves, gently spin dry and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add sliced pear and crumble over the blue cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and top with KOJA Sesame & Almond.


Note: For a dairy free alternative, you could replace the blue cheese with cashew cheese.
