For thousands of years, the maca plant has been grown in Peru and used for its wonderfully nutty caramel taste and powerful nutritional benefits. It’s a great source of fibre, iron and protein and is full of vitamins and minerals, too.
Our Protein Pancakes combine the creamy taste of coconut with malty maca to create a delicious breakfast you’ll look forward to every morning. We’ve made it really simple for you too – just add an egg and the milk of your choice and you’re good to go! Or try adding mashed banana instead of egg for our vegan alternative.
Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat Flour, Almond Meal, Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein powder, Organic Black Bean powder, Organic Desiccated Coconut, Organic Maca Powder, Organic Chia Seeds, Baking Powder (aluminium and phosphate free), Himalayan Salt.
