Smoothie bowls! There's a reason you're seeing these all over your Instagram feed, they are delicious! Green smoothies are a great way to pack more veggies into your day and they are such a quick and easy way to prepare breakfast in the morning. Turning your smoothies into a smoothie bowl provides a more satisfying breakfast experience (you feel like you're actually 'eating') and when topped with two tablespoons of a KOJA Breakfast Topper it's a nourishing meal to keep you full and satisfied until lunch time.
Try our simple green smoothie bowl recipe:
Ingredients:
(Per Serve)
- 30g KOJA Chia Seed & Coconut
- 1/4 Avocado
- 6 Strawberries
- 1/2 handful of Spinach
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
Method:
Blend everything together and top up with water or ice. Serve with some extra KOJA and sliced banana or berries.
Tip: You can add extra sweetness to the smoothie by adding 3 dates or a tablespoon of honey to the blender.
