We're big lovers of chocolate here at KOJA HQ! We're also very fussy with what chocolate we indulge in. There's a big difference between chocolate that comes from the confectionary aisle and the real stuff that's much lower in sugar and really nutrient dense. With Easter just around the corner the supermarkets are teaming with 'chocolate' products... we started noticing Easter eggs on shelves in February! It can be easy to get swept up in the festivity of it all. But don't let the clever marketing get you. Make your own healthy chocolate treats for yourself and your loved ones this Easter.
