Chia Seed & Raspberry Jam

3 Ingredient Raspberry Jam- and there's no added sugar at all.

100% Wholefoods, a source of Protein (in Jam!? yep) and high in Vitamin C to support our immune systems this winter. Forget the Vitamin C tablets and enjoy this delicious healthy jam instead!

 

What you need:

-2 cups of frozen organic raspberries 

-1/2 cup of chia seeds

-1 cup water 

 

How to: 

Crush the raspberries until they are mostly smooth. You can do this in the food processor or if you don't have a food processor, wait until the berries are defrosted and then crush them in a bowl with the back of a large spoon. 

In a medium bowl, stir the chia seeds through the raspberry mix and add 1 cup of water. Cover and leave in the fridge for 12 hours. (After the first hour, stir and add more water if needed.) Once you have the right consistency, transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge. Will keep for a week. 

 

We love to dollop it on top of warm porridge (with KOJA sprinkled on top too!) or spread across thick toast with organic butter. Delicious!
