There's possibly no end to the number of various bliss ball recipes you could make! Sometimes we come across a certain balance of ingredients that just is just perfect, and we have to share. This batch is one of those:
- 1 & 1/2 cups Almonds
- 6 Dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup Cacao powder
- 1Tbs Coconut oil
- 1Tbs Rice Malt Syrup
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup KOJA Almond & Berry
- In a food processor crush the almonds to a fine flour first, then add pitted dates, cacao, coconut oil, rice malt syrup and salt. Blend well.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and mix in the KOJA with clean hands before rolling into balls.
- Serve cold from the fridge
