Bliss Balls with KOJA Almond & Berry

There's possibly no end to the number of various bliss ball recipes you could make! Sometimes we come across a certain balance of ingredients that just is just perfect, and we have to share. This batch is one of those:  

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 6 Dates (pitted)
  • 1/4 cup Cacao powder
  • 1Tbs Coconut oil
  • 1Tbs Rice Malt Syrup
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup KOJA Almond & Berry 

Method:

  1. In a food processor crush the almonds to a fine flour first, then add pitted dates, cacao, coconut oil, rice malt syrup and salt. Blend well.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and mix in the KOJA with clean hands before rolling into balls.
  3. Serve cold from the fridge
