Breakfast Biscuit Recipe - Vegan breakfast recipe

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets you up for the day ahead and should never be skipped! Sometimes life can get a little crazy and you just don't have time to whip up a healthy breakfast feast. We totally understand. That's why we created these Healthy Breakfast Biscuits. They're the perfect thing to keep in the pantry for mornings when you just don't have time! These are free from refined sugar, dairy free, and 100% vegan. We like this recipe with KOJA Fig & Hazelnut but you could use any KOJA mix you like. 

Our Healthy Breakfast Biscuits are super easy to make and the whole family will love them!

The recipe makes about 18. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 and 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 tbs of real maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 100 grams KOJA Fig & Hazelnut

Method: 

  1. In a bowl mix, mash the bananas and then add the raisins and oats and combine well.
  2. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and KOJA.
  3. Spoon onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 mins in 170° C oven.
