Our Dietitian Millie has developed this calcium-rich smoothie to help you meet your requirements. It's delicious and nutritious (like all of our recipes) and be enjoyed as a quick breakfast on the go or a between meal snack.
- 200g of yoghurt*
- 1 cup of milk* of your choice. Dairy milk is the best choice for naturally occurring calcium. If you are opting for a plant based milk, for added calcium you can choose one that is calcium fortified.
- 1/2 cup of spinach* leaves (or kale if you prefer)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds*
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
* Indicates a food source of calcium
